Payments may be made using the following Cards:

- JCB Card
Your payment reference will be printed on your bill, invoice, rent card or other communication which specifies the amount owed.
For a planning application payment Your Reference must be BG200/9308 and the planning application reference + property address must be entered in the Other Information field.
Please note the service will be unavailable between midnight Sunday and 00:30 Monday morning for backup purposes.
We have become aware that some credit card companies might be incorrectly applying additional charges for payments made to local authorities. These additional charges should only be imposed if you are paying a fine or penalty charge notice. If you make a credit card payment for any of our services that does not constitute a fine or penalty charge, and subsequently identify additional charges or interest being applied, we would encourage you to challenge this with your credit card provider.
Automated Telephone Payments
Payments can be made on telephone number 01536 464618 and follow the instructions. You will need your account reference no & your debit/credit card details.

Office Telephone Payments
Will be available Monday - Friday 9am – 5pm, payments can be made on 01536 464142. This is a Payment line only. You will need your account reference no & your debit/credit card details.
