Look after your heart as well as others this Valentine’s Day and join a healthy walk around East Carlton Country Park all in aid of Cransley Hospice.

The Valentine Walk is open to all so bring your other half, family and friends or come and meet new friends there. The walk will set off from 10.30am at the car park and will take around an hour to complete.

Following the walk everyone is invited back to the park’s cafe where tea/coffee and a cake will be on sale for just £3 and £1 of every sale will be donated straight to the charity.

Corby Borough Council’s Lead Member for Leadership, Cllr John McGhee, said:

‘East Carlton Park is the perfect location to enjoy a beautiful walk that not only raises money for a worthwhile cause but is also a fantastic way to look after the health of your own heart this Valentine.

‘We hope that many can make it and join us in the cafe after the exercise to take full advantage of the well deserved and delicious cakes on offer.’
