Corby Borough Council will provide reasonable adjustments for employees and applicants with a disability.
Applicants with a disability may wish to have their application considered under the Guaranteed Interview Scheme. Applicants will also be given the opportunity to request reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process.
Employees can make a reasonable adjustments request at any point during their employment. They will also be asked specifically by their manager if they require additional support or equipment to be able to fulfil their role during their induction. We would like to get your adjustments in place as soon as possible. You will not be treated less favourably because you have a disability, so please complete a reasonable adjustment request within the first 2 weeks of your employment if you feel you need anything.
