NOTICE OF A DIVERSION ORDER
TOWN AND COUNTY PLANNING ACT 1990 (TCPA 1990), SECTION 257
AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHDEDULE 14
CORBY BOROUGH COUNCIL
FOOTPATH GZ11 WILLOW LANE STANION 2021
Corby Borough Council gives notice that on the 4th March 2021 it made an order under section 257 of the TCPA 1990 because it is satisfied that it is necessary to divert the footpath to which the Order relates to enable the construction of 11 dwellings and access road to land off Willow Lane, Stanion, Northamptonshire to be carried out in accordance with the planning permissions granted under Part III of the TCPA 1990 with references 14/00135/OUT and 18/00688/RM.
IF THIS ORDER IS CONFIRMED:
- The footpath being GZ11 at Church Piece, Willow Lane, Stanion shown with a solid red line on the attached Order plan (plan) and measuring 115.5 metres long running from point A (NGR SP9159,8686) to point C (NGR SP9169,8681) on the Order map shall be diverted from point B (NGR SP9158,8685) to point C (NGR SP9169,8681) shown by a broken purple line on the Order plan and measuring 120 metres long and minimum of 2 metres wide.
- A copy of the Order may be obtained for a fee of £2 by contacting the Planning Department at Corby Borough Council on planning.services@corby.gov.uk or by downloading it, free of charge, from the Council’s website at www.corby.gov.uk.
- Any representations or objections to the Order must be made in writing and sent no later than the 9th April 2021 to Sarah Coles, District Law, Kettering Borough Council, Bowling Green Road, Kettering NN15 7QX. Please state the grounds on which the objection is made.
- If no such representations or objections are duly made or if any so made are withdrawn, Corby Borough Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If any such objections or representations are not withdrawn they will be sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs with the Order, for confirmation.
