A dedicated reception point in the One Stop Shop will be staffed by trained Customer Service Advisors who have a good general knowledge of all Council services. Customers will be able to access services such as :
- Housing benefits
- Council tax
- Housing repairs,
- Housing advice and tenancy,
- Environmental issues

Corby Library is a modern, accessible public library which offers books, audiobooks, DVDs, newspapers, local history resources, computers and much more. The library hosts activities for all ages such as rhymetimes for under 5’s, the popular Summer Reading Challenge for children and computer courses for adults. The core contains a stunning walnut clad 445 seat theatre with curved retractable seating system to facilitate a flexible flat floor auditorium space. The space has been designed to have traditional viewing whilst keeping modern theatre systems & flexibility. The Labs is a state of the art studio and performance space for up to 112 persons. In addition to these there is The Base a workshop and meeting space and two bars will be open for all performances.

Also with in the Cube is the Registration Office where you can register births, deaths & marriages. Marriages can also be held in the Cube.
The Registration Office operates:
- an appointment system so you will need to book an appointment in advance
- a strict no smoking policy
- the only animals allowed in the buildings are those registered assistance dogs, such as 'guide dogs' or 'dogs for the deaf'.
