Providing advice and information on what to do in the event of a flood. The council may also provide equipment such as sandbags and engineering advice to help residents/businesses in the event of flooding.

Keep up to date with flood warnings on local radio and the telephone FLOODLINE service - 0845 988 1188 (24 hour recorded information).

Flooding (Water Draining from Sewer)
Corby Borough Council is not responsible for sewers, please contact Anglian Water on 08457 145145 (their emergency telephone number).

Flooding (Water Draining from a brook/river/stream etc)
Corby Borough Council is not responsible for waterways, please contact the Environment Agency on 01604 651074 (their emergency telephone number).

Flooding (Water Draining from highway gullies/the highway) 
Corby Borough Council is not responsible for highway gullies/highways, please contact Northamptonshire County Council  Street Doctor, 0845 601 1113 (their emergency telephone number). 

Flooding (Water Draining from Fields)
Flooding or imminent threat of flooding to property is considered an emergency.
