Whilst Christmas is shaping up to be a little different this year, Corby Borough Council in partnership with the Corby Lottery is still hoping to spread as much Christmas cheer as possible following a challenging year.
The Corby Lottery is drawing the year to a close with its final prize draw for 2020 and everyone who takes part in the Corby Lottery draw between now and Saturday 12th December will be in with the chance of winning a Foxy Woodland Shop Christmas Hamper and a voucher for local D&L Hadden Family Butcher. The prize combined is worth £150.
Of course, by buying your Corby Lottery ticket you could also win £250, or if you hit the real jackpot, £25k!
The Corby Lottery is an exciting, local, weekly lottery that raises money for good causes in Corby. Tickets for the lottery cost just £1 per week per ticket. Each ticket has a 1 in 50 chance to win a prize each week, with a top prize of £25k! That’s a better chance of winning than the National Lottery or the Health Lottery!
The next draw takes place at 8.00pm, this Saturday 14th November and it’s not too late to grab your tickets. Could you be the first lucky winner to walk away with the top prize of £25k? Tickets have to be purchased online and you can nominate which of the good causes that are registered you wish to support.
A full list of the good causes that are benefitting from the Corby Lottery can be found at www.corbylottery.co.uk/support/find-a-good-cause
Corby Borough Council’s Lead Member for Community, Cllr John McGhee, said:
“During what continues to be a difficult year, we could all do with some Christmas cheer this year, and what better way to get into the spirit than by winning a festive hamper full of goodies, along with a voucher for the butchers – a prize which is bound to make Christmas dinner that little bit more special! Get tickets, support some excellent local causes, and cross your fingers that you’ll be the winner before its too late!”
For further information and to buy your tickets please visit the Corby Lottery website www.corbylottery.co.uk/. No money from the lottery will be used to subsidise other council services.
