Steel Spirit Cheerleading
Steel Spirit Cheerleaders were established in May 2009 and have performed in various events over the years. The Club currently has 3 classes which are held at Hazelwood Community Centre. The Club aims for young people to have fun and learn the skills we can offer. The members learn routines, cheers, chants, pom pom work, street cheer, basic and advanced stunts.
We are also currently working on Cheerleading Spirit Awards, so the members can gain badges for the skills they learn. All classes are coached by Level 2/3 qualified Cheerleading coaches.
This year we are participating at a number of events including Sports Relief and the Corby Sports Awards.
The times of the classes are as follows:

| 5.30 - 6.30pm | 5 - 7 years | Little Gems |
| 6.30 - 7.30pm | 8 - 12 years | Dazzlers |
| 7.30 - 8.30pm | 13+ years | Diamonds |
In each class, the young people complete a warm-up, routine work, practice stunts and complete the Spirit Award badge work. Each session is £3.00 per child.
