Studio Classes

Lodge Park has 3 purpose built studios all fully air conditioned offering on average 45 studio classes per week at different levels. Classes are now available for 8 to 15 year olds through our SHOKK package. Look out for classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays that have crèche facilities available.

	Level 1 Suitable for all levels of fitness
Level 2 Intermediate level due to choreography or intensity of class
	Level 3 Advanced level due to choreography or intensity of class
