Opened in 2004 this studio is popular with many clients offering a range of classes. Please note some classes may change and locations may alter dependant on the time of year. Full information will be available on any changes at reception and on our studio notice boards.

BODY BALANCE

A class that combines Pilates, Tai Chi, Alexandra Technique and Yoga set to energising music.

BODY PUMP

A structured class incorporating use of Barbell and weights for every muscle group. Set and led by Motivating Instructors and Music.  Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start of class to allow for set up of equipment
