Council housing

Council Housing in Corby is managed by the Landlord Services, part of the Neighbourhood Pride department. The services we provide include:

• Letting empty Council homes and garages
• Providing Maintenance and management of around 4800 homes and just under 3600 garages
• Tenants, Leaseholders & Resident Involvement
• Supporting elderly and vulnerable tenants
• Giving information on the Right to Buy
• Assisting in the prevention of anti social behaviour
• Leasehold management issues
