On Monday and Thursday the gym will now be open from 6.30am.

How to join the Gym?

Everybody will be required to have an Induction at one of our facilities. This will then allow you to use either gym.

We offer a Group Induction into the Gym led by a fully qualified instructor. This Induction is a basic Introduction on how to use the gym equipment to allow you to get started.

For those who require a Personal Gym Programme we can offer this as part of your Induction package for free if you decide to join our Leisure Membership, if not there is an additional charge for this Induction package.
