A dedicated reception point in the One Stop Shop will be staffed by trained Customer Service Advisors who have a good general knowledge of all Council services. Customers will be able to access services such as :
- Housing benefits
- Council tax
- Housing repairs,
- Housing advice and tenancy,
- Environmental issues

The library is located on a ramp which connects the ground floor and first floor. New stock has been specially purchased for the library which also homes a computer suite available for use.
The Library features a special area for young people aged 13 - 25 called Headspace. This area is located at the end of the ramp, in between the first and second levels, and has been designed with local young people who have already chosen some of the book stock. Activities also shaped by young people will take place in this area and special features include a Wii and relaxed seating will be included.

The core contains a stunning walnut clad 445 seat theatre with curved retractable seating system to facilitate a flexible flat floor auditorium space. The space has been designed to have traditional viewing whilst keeping modern theatre systems & flexibility. The Labs is a state of the art studio and performance space for up to 112 persons. In addition to these there is The Base a workshop and meeting space and two bars will be open for all performances.

The Cube also houses Corby's Council Chamber
Also with in the Cube is the Registry Officer where you can register births, deaths & marriages. Marriages can also be held in the Cube.
The Register Office operate:
•an appointment system so you will need to telephone them to make one
•a strict no smoking policy
•the only animals allowed in the buildings are those registered assistance dogs, such as 'guide dogs' or 'dogs for the deaf'.
