CB Property manages the Borough Council’s investment estate comprising shops, offices, industrial and business units, land, a small number of residential units, commercial garages, municipal buildings, allotments and sundries.

It is responsible for both acquiring land and property for strategic regeneration purposes and for disposing of land and property to raise capital receipts to underpin the Council’s capital programme. The rental income derived from the leasing of the commercial estate is recycled into the Council’s regeneration programme and helps to support corporate services generally.
 
Corby Borough Council has a large portfolio of properties for commercial letting. The bulk of these are small retail units, mainly located in neighbourhood parades. The Council also has a number of starter industrial /warehouse units for rent and development land for sale.
