Online Planning Applications

Welcome to the new PublicAccess For Planning website which has been designed to provide an efficient and easy-to-use process for members of the public to search for and track applications for planning permission, appeals against refused consent and enforcements.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the data, the planning information contained within PublicAccess is incomplete and must not be used for carrying out a formal Land Charges Search. The system is being developed and not all relevant information will be displayed at present. Information is being added daily and the website will become more comprehensive over time. No responsibility will be taken for any errors or omissions in planning information obtained from PublicAccess.  No liability is accepted for loss or damage arising from use of planning information obtained from PublicAccess. Any actions taken as a result of information obtained from PublicAccess are undertaken entirely at the user's own risk.

The system is unavailable from 4.00am to 6:30am daily. When viewing maps recent developments may not appear up to date. This mapping information comes from Ordnance Survey (OS) and gets updated as soon as received by the authority.
