Home ›Little Angels can play for free
Toddlers with disabilities and additional needs around the Borough can meet other little angels when Corby Borough Council opens a brand new place to play on Tuesday 19th July.
Little Angels is a new crèche based at Lodge Park Sports Centre especially designed for youngsters with disabilities. The group will run every Tuesday from 9.30-11.30am for children between the age of 3 months and 5 years old.
Along with toys and activities for the children to get involved with, the light sensory room will enable young people to develop new skills and relax whilst playing.
Corby Borough Council’s Leader Member for Community, Cllr John McGhee, said:
“Lodge Park Sports Centre has the perfect facilities for youngsters who have disabilities and I’m pleased that we will now open the crèche up to children with different needs and abilities. A crèche for children with disabilities is something we don’t currently have anywhere else in the Borough so this is going to be great for parents who are currently travelling out of town to use special facilities for their child.”
For more information, please contact Lodge Park Sports Centre on 01536 400033.
