Corby Borough Local Plan Saved Policies Beyond the Three Year Period
The Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 provides for the saving of policies in adopted local plans for a period of 3 years from the commencement date of the Act which was 28 September 2004.
Policies in adopted or approved plans expire on 27 September 2007 unless the Secretary of State extends such policies beyond that date (Planning and Compulsory purchase Act 2004; Schedule 8 (1(3)).

Since 27th September 2007, the Council has adopted the North Northamptonshire Core Spatial Strategy. The schedule below shows the local plan policies that have been replaced by the Core Spatial Strategy Development Plan Documents as of 12th June 2008.
