Planning Application Forms

We encourage you to submit your planning application online via the national Planning Portal.

Alternatively you can download the forms and post or hand in your application to our offices. Each application pack contains all of the information and forms which you will need for that particular application type. If you are sure which form you require you may download it from the 1APP list. Otherwise open the links below to find our more about each application type.

From 6th April 2008 there is a legal obligation for all planning applications to be submitted on the national standard planning application form or 1APP. Forms previously published by Corby Borough Council cannot be accepted after 5th May 2008.
