Please use this change of circumstances form if you want to tell us about a change in circumstances that may affect you Housing Benefit or Council Tax Benefit. If you do not tell the section in time and you receive Benefit which you are not entitled to, you will have to pay this back. It may be that your change of circumstances would entitle you to more Benefit. |

The following will affect the amount of Benefit you get:
- Changes in your or your partner's income e.g. wage rise or drop and overtime.
- Changes in state benefits from the Benefits Agency e.g. if you stop receiving Income Support, Job Seekers Allowance (income based); if you start to receive Tax Credits, Jobseekers Allowance (contribution based), Incapacity Benefit or Disability Living Allowance.
- Changes in the number of people living in your House e.g. if you take a lodger or if a son/daughter returns or leaves the property or a death of a member of your household.
- Changes in the circumstances of a member of your household e.g. if a child leaves school, if they start work or their income changes.
- Changes in your or your partner's private pension e.g. starting to receive one or if it increases/decreases.
- Changes in the amount of Capital you or your partner have
